About the event
After Earth School is a follow‑on to My Earth School for readers who have begun to declutter their inner lives and relate more gently to their own humanity, yet still feel that deeper change has not fully filtered into everyday experience. It focuses on how to recognise a quieter, more spacious sense of self and to live from that perspective in practical, grounded ways.
Drawing on a range of contemplative and psychological approaches—from traditional teachings to contemporary tools such as artificial intelligence—the book introduces reflective exercises designed to question habitual assumptions about limitation and identity. Rather than promising a life without challenges, it encourages a different relationship with thoughts, emotions and “reality”, so that meaning, ease and joy become more available in ordinary life.
