Ordering
There are 3 main ways to place your order:
- Website - use the navigation menu at the top of each page to browse books, CDs and statues by category, or use a search box in the top right corner. You can pay securely online with a card or via PayPal. You will receive confirmation email and will be notified when the item has been shipped. - In the shop - we are open 7 days a week and offer the largest choice of esoteric books in the UK in our shop in Central London: 19-21 Cecil Court, London WC2N 4EZ. - By phone - if you can't find a particular book on the website, or have any questions please call us on +44 20 7836 2182 and we will check its availability and do our best to help. We are usually able to order the book for you from anywhere in the world, so please ask!
Payment
You can pay for our books with all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) online or by phone.Upon placing the order you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. Your card will not have been charged yet. We will only take payment when your order is ready to send.
Order Status
To view the status of your orders placed through the website, please log in to 'My Account' and click on 'My orders' in the left menu. After you receive a Shipping Notification email, please allow for 2 weeks for UK orders and 4 weeks for international orders before making a delivery inquiry.
Shipping & Delivery
We have the largest stock of mind, body & spirit, magick & occult and all sorts of esoteric books in the UK. Only some of them are on the website – plus, our specialist staff can get a book that’s in print from practically anywhere in the world!
However this also means that we only have a few copies of each title available, so they can sometimes sell out from our London shop and become unavailable for online customers before we process their order. In such rare cases we will cancel the order and notify you when the item becomes available again. More Shipping & Delivery policy.
Returns & Replacements
- Faulty items:
In case there is something wrong with an item that you've purchased from us, we will either:
- refund the cost of the item and shipping
- or let you exchange it for something else
Faulty items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred when we originally sent the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
- No other returns: We are unable to accept any returns or offer any refunds unless the items purchased from us are faulty.
Cancellations
We are unable to accept any cancellations at this time due to handling costs. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order due to low availability from our suppliers, long delivery estimates from our suppliers, or purely at our own discretion.
Updating Account Information
Please remember to let us know of any relevant change of details, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect details. Always remember to check your details before final submission of your order. You can update your details at any time by logging in to 'My Account' and managing addresses in the 'Address Book' in your account.

Cancellations and refunds: please note, an administration fee of £10 will be deducted from any monies remaining on cancelled subscriptions when a refund is requested in writing.
