DANCE OF THE SPIRITS - CD
Track 1: The Gobi Desert
The journey begins on a sunny windswept deserted plateau. The wind draws the music in its own direction taking the musical form of a flute playing just a few essential notes.
Track 2: Sunset
When the wind calms down the sunset appears and everything seems normal again. A sense of distant familiarity is felt and everything regains its stillness.
Track 3: Dance of the Spirits
Just when the last ray of light touches the horizon, the Dance of the Spirits begins. Each Spirit is represented by an instrument and the dance unfolds.
Track 4: Water Memory
The idea of Water Memory came to me after reading Masaru Emoto's “Messages from Water”. I was struck by the fact that water can preserve the memory of things and events along its journey. During a storm, rain pours down on the Earth and all beings - living and non living - can rejoice in this invitation to life.
Track 5: Os Sonhos dos Silfos (The Dream of the Sylphs - in Portuguese)
Out of all the beings in Nature, Sylphs are those who have the most in common with humans. They stimulate creativity in each one of us. They can relieve pain and suffering and help children to pass over peacefully. My Sylphs dream about all the unfortunate children and gracefully escort them towards a better rebirth .
Track 6: “Adagio in Do minore” (Adagio in D Minor)
I dedicate this piece to all the beings in Nature. They watch over us like Angels during our time on earth. They are an invisible reality, but if we respect them they will take care of us.
Track 7: Air
With “Air” I wanted to compose something specific for REIKI. The piece is meant to be used during self-treatment: seven positions of 3 minutes each. The sound of a Tibetan bowl can be heard every 3 minutes to signal the change of position.
Track 8: Earth Speech
“Earth Speech” ends my journey. This piece underlines the importance of the Earth element, our own life roots and our nourishment. The Earth has all my respect for the nourishment it has provided for me and for having acknowledged me as one of its children.
